Returns & Refunds

Saint Polaire pieces are made with care and held to a high standard. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Exchange Window

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, initiate your request at saintpolaire.com/returns or write to contact@saintpolaire.com. Subject to stock availability.

Store Credit

If you fall outside the 7-day return window but within 14 days of delivery, you are eligible for store credit to the full value of your item. Store credit does not expire.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to improper care (refer to saintpolaire.com/care)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be initiated at saintpolaire.com/returns or by writing to contact@saintpolaire.com. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorisation. Once approved, return instructions will be provided by email within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times are dependent on variable supply chain and carrier factors. Saint Polaire works to provide accurate estimates and will notify you of any known delays where reasonably practicable. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside Saint Polaire's control do not affect your eligibility for a return or exchange under these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@saintpolaire.com. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
