All Sales Final (General Rule)
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final. Saint Polaire does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or misuse of products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details before completing a purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:
The item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from the item ordered.
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence and order details are provided.
Approved claims may result in:
A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund to the original payment method, at Saint Polaire’s discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
Sale or discounted items
Limited releases or drops
Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items
Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
Items returned without prior authorization

No returns are accepted without written authorization.

If approved:
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is confirmed to be ours.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Shipping & Processing Fees
Original shipping, handling, customs duties, and processing fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Saint Polaire is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, or third-party logistics providers.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting Saint Polaire may result in:
Order cancellation
Account restriction
Evidence submission to payment processors
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse refunds or disputes.
Consumer Rights (Ontario)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection laws where such rights cannot be excluded.
Policy Updates
Saint Polaire reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
