Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all intellectual property associated with this website and the Saint Polaire brand—including but not limited to brand identity, trademarks, logos, typography, written content, marketing materials, digital assets, website code, infrastructure, data systems, and strategic frameworks—is the exclusive property of Veydros Collective.
All clothing designs, garment constructions, fashion concepts, and physical product designs produced under the Saint Polaire name are the exclusive intellectual property of Saint Polaire, unless otherwise assigned or licensed by written agreement.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of any intellectual property belonging to either party is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable Canadian and international law.
